TXS0108ERGYR Description
Level translators like the Texas Instruments TXS0108ERGYR control the input voltage of a circuit. Its working temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C, with an open drain output. The V CCB pin supply voltage is tracked by the B port. Any source voltage between 1.65 V and 5.5 V can be applied to the V CCB pin. Low voltage bidirectional translation between any of the 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V voltage nodes is made possible by two input supply pins. A 60Mbps 20-VQFN (3.5x4.5) integrated circuit (IC) is the TXS0108ERGYR.
