74LS04 Description

Each of the six independent gates in the 74LS04 executes the logic INVERT function. The output signals of the six inverters are diametrically opposed to their input signals. The phase of the input signal can be reversed by the inverter by 180 degrees. This circuit is utilized in analog circuits like audio amplifiers, clock oscillators, and so on. In electronic circuit design, inverters are frequently employed.
